1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

This site uses no cookies, shows no ads, uses no analytics or tracking tools and requires no registration. We do not collect names, e-mail addresses or any other data typed in by visitors.

As with any website, the hosting provider's servers process technical connection data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) in order to deliver the pages and keep them secure. We do not use this data for profiling.

3. Legal basis and retention

Technical data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") – to operate and protect the site. It is kept only for the short period set by the hosting provider.

4. Recipients and providers

  • Cloudflare, Inc. – hosting and DNS. Processing outside the EEA is possible; Cloudflare relies on standard contractual clauses and participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Fonts – hosted on this site. They are not loaded from Google or other external services.
  • Donations – the "Buy me a coffee" button is a link to an external service (Revolut). If you use it, your payment data is processed by that service under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your card details.
  • Links to other sites (for example to the articles on Capital) – their own policies apply once you follow them.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or your local supervisory authority.

6. Changes

If we introduce features that process personal data (for example comments or a chat assistant), we will update this text before launching them and tell you in the relevant place on the site.
